Description

Nutella Brownie Fruit Pizza is a delicious dessert that combines a rich brownie crust with a creamy Nutella sauce and fresh fruit toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 8 oz pkg chocolate cream cheese, or plain with added sugar
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam
  • About ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • About ½ cup blueberries
  • About 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 14-16” pizza pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar with a whisk until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Add vanilla and eggs and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt and stir just until smooth (the batter will be somewhat thick).
  4. Spread a thin layer of brownie batter on the bottom of the pan (approximately a 13” circle). Reserve remaining batter for an 8×8” pan and bake alongside.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set, and a toothpick comes out clean or with moist crumbs. Cool completely (can be made ahead and frozen).
  6. For the sauce: Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and Nutella until smooth.
  7. For the glaze: In a small pot, combine water, corn starch, and granulated sugar with a whisk. Heat over medium heat, whisking until dissolved. Stir in strawberry jam and continue cooking until thickened. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  8. To assemble: Spread the Nutella sauce over the brownie crust. Layer with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Brush the berries with the glaze.
  9. Melt together chocolate and milk in a small pot over low heat. Drizzle over the finished pizza.
  10. Store in the refrigerator uncovered for up to a few hours. For longer storage, freeze the crust (with sauce on it), then thaw and top before serving.
