- 3 tbsp butter
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1 lb beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
 - Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry. Peel and devein the shrimp. Mince the garlic and chop the green onions.
 - Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
 - Cook the Shrimp: Add more olive oil if needed. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
 - Make the Butter Soy Glaze: Lower heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
 - Combine Everything: Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss everything together to coat evenly. Drizzle with lemon juice and cook for another minute.
 - Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
