Description

A delicious sweet treat combining Granny Smith apples, Snickers bars, and a creamy pudding mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 medium to large Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 20 miniature Snickers bars or 6 standard Snickers bars, chopped
  • 96 grams (1 package, 3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 180 millilitres whole milk
  • 227 grams (1 container, 8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 60 millilitres caramel sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Chop Granny Smith apples and Snickers bars into small, bite-sized pieces. Reserve approximately 120 millilitres (1/2 cup) of each for garnish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding and whole milk until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully integrated and the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add the chopped apples and Snickers to the bowl and stir until evenly combined, reserving the garnish portion.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes for optimal texture.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the reserved apples and Snickers over the salad and drizzle caramel sauce on top.

Notes

  • For best results, use Granny Smith apples for a tart flavor that complements the sweetness of the Snickers and caramel.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of caramel sauce to your taste preference.
