- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add rice, pineapple with juice, jalapenos, soy sauce, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
