- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
- Maple syrup for serving

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and chopped pecans until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture between two slices of brioche to form a sandwich.
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip the stuffed bread in the egg mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with maple syrup and additional toasted pecans on top.
