Ingredients

  • 680 g baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 450 g whole carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 115 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 120 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, quartered potatoes, and carrot chunks into the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth until combined.
