Deliciously crispy fried jalapeños stuffed with creamy brie cheese, finished with a sweet honey drizzle.

- 10 fresh jalapeños
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the jalapeños and remove the seeds.
- Stuff each jalapeño with brie cheese.
- In one bowl, add flour, in another bowl beat the egg, and in a third bowl add breadcrumbs.
- Dip each stuffed jalapeño first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the jalapeños until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to get a crispy texture.
