Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, homemade
  • 1 cup crunchy lettuce (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer on medium, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  2. Transfer the dip into a serving dish and even the top out with a spatula. Cover and let chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes for flavors to blend more.
  3. When ready to serve, add your toppings: lettuce, shredded cheese, olives, green onion, diced tomatoes.
  4. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks.
