Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Gradually add heavy cream and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the prepared butterscotch pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and smooth. Pour this luscious filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  4. Spread whipped cream or Cool Whip over the filling, then drizzle generously with caramel sauce. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set and ready to slice.
