  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare the bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture, alternating with the heavy cream.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Prepare the banana pudding frosting by whisking the pudding mix and cold milk.
  9. Beat the softened cream cheese and mix with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  10. Combine the pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture and fold in whipped topping.
  11. Spread the frosting over the cooled pound cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
