- 2 medium zucchinis, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Scoop out zucchini centers to create “boats.”
- Fill each boat with marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
- Make sure to remove enough of the zucchini flesh to hold the filling.
