Description

Zucchini Pizza Boats are a delicious and healthy twist on traditional pizza, featuring zucchini as the base instead of dough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Scoop out zucchini centers to create “boats.”
  2. Fill each boat with marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
