Description

Delicious clusters made with white chocolate, cranberries, and pecans.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt to enhance the flavor.
  4. Add the dried cranberries and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate, mixing until everything is well coated.
  5. Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set completely.
  7. Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Ensure the white chocolate is melted gently to avoid burning.
  • Feel free to substitute other nuts or dried fruits based on your preference.
