Description
A deliciously indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate brownies with the fun presentation of a pizza, topped with white chocolate and M&M’s.
Ingredients
Scale
- 226 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 400 grams granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 190 grams all-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
- 170 grams white chocolate chips
- 180 grams M&M’s, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 30-centimetre pizza pan thoroughly or line with parchment paper to ensure easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter and granulated sugar until glossy and well combined. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly between each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to preserve the brownie texture.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and 180 grams of M&M’s with a spatula, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pizza pan, smoothing the surface. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, scatter extra M&M’s over the top, slice into 12 wedges, and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate chips.
- This recipe can easily be customized with different mix-ins like nuts or other chocolate candies.
