Description

A deliciously indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate brownies with the fun presentation of a pizza, topped with white chocolate and M&M’s.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 226 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 190 grams all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
  • 170 grams white chocolate chips
  • 180 grams M&M’s, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 30-centimetre pizza pan thoroughly or line with parchment paper to ensure easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter and granulated sugar until glossy and well combined. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly between each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to preserve the brownie texture.
  4. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and 180 grams of M&M’s with a spatula, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pizza pan, smoothing the surface. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, scatter extra M&M’s over the top, slice into 12 wedges, and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate chips.
  • This recipe can easily be customized with different mix-ins like nuts or other chocolate candies.
