Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 16 bamboo or cocktail skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Cut watermelon and feta cheese into uniform 1-inch cubes. Rinse mint leaves and pat dry.
  2. Assemble skewers: Thread one watermelon cube, one mint leaf, and one feta cube onto each skewer in an alternating pattern.
  3. Arrange for serving: Place assembled skewers on a serving platter in a single layer.
