A simple and delicious recipe for lemon bars made with just two ingredients.

- 1 box (approximately 430 g) angel food or yellow cake mix
- 1 can (425 g) lemon pie filling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the angel food or yellow cake mix with the lemon pie filling until the mixture is smooth and evenly incorporated.
- Grease a 33 x 23 cm baking dish with nonstick spray or a thin layer of oil.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bars are set at the center.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Slice into squares before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the batter.
- These bars can be refrigerated for a few days if stored in an airtight container.
