Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and chopped
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, sweet potatoes, green beans, corn, and chicken broth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
