Description

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies packed with creamy peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, blend creamy peanut butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth and velvety, approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition until fully blended.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Gently fold semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the batter.
  6. Scoop dough into 1.5-inch diameter balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your palm.
  7. Press additional chocolate chips on top of each cookie ball for garnish.
  8. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes until edges turn golden and centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.

Notes

  • For a more intense peanut butter flavor, use chunky peanut butter.
  • Ensure cookies are stored in an airtight container to maintain softness.
