Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and pickles, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and place a layer of cheddar cheese on the outer edge of the dough.
  5. Fold the edge over the cheese to create a stuffed crust.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then top with the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses over the beef.
  8. Repeat with another layer of dough, sauce, beef mixture, and cheeses.
  9. Finally, add the last layer of dough and fold over the edges to create a stuffed crust.
  10. Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the top layer of dough.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
