- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and pickles, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and place a layer of cheddar cheese on the outer edge of the dough.
- Fold the edge over the cheese to create a stuffed crust.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then top with the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses over the beef.
- Repeat with another layer of dough, sauce, beef mixture, and cheeses.
- Finally, add the last layer of dough and fold over the edges to create a stuffed crust.
- Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the top layer of dough.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
