Description

Tiramisu Truffles Sweet Delight are decadent bite-sized treats that combine the classic flavors of tiramisu in a rich chocolate coating.


Ingredients

  • 240 g mascarpone cheese
  • 100 g ladyfinger cookies, finely crushed
  • 120 ml espresso, cooled to room temperature
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 225 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 30 g cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong espresso and allow it to cool completely before use.
  2. Combine mascarpone cheese, crushed ladyfinger cookies, cooled espresso, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir the mixture just until combined, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion the chilled mixture into small balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage, and let the excess drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate truffles for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to set, then dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.
