Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine navy beans, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped bacon until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the bean mixture to a baking dish and spread it out in an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the beans are bubbly and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving as a delicious side dish.
