Description

Are you looking for a no-bake dessert that will wow your family and friends?
This Strawberry Lasagna is just the ticket! With fresh strawberries, creamy layers,
and a crunchy crust, it’s both a treat and a breeze to whip up. I absolutely love
how this recipe serves as a quick solution for those busy days when time is short,
but I still want to create something special. Plus, it’s a hit at gatherings.
Who wouldn’t want to impress their loved ones with such a delightful dessert?

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (about 12 oz) of Golden Oreos or graham crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra brightness)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Golden Oreos (or graham crackers) with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Toss the sliced strawberries with the granulated sugar and lemon juice (if using). Let them sit for 10-15 minutes to release some juices.
  4. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Arrange the sweetened strawberries evenly on top of the whipped cream layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, enjoying the refreshing sweetness.

Notes

  • For best results, chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  • Consider adding other fruits for variety.
  • This dessert serves well for gatherings and special occasions.
