- 2–3 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1 flour tortilla, fajita size
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- A dash of ground cinnamon
- Honey, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese with 1 teaspoon sugar, a dash of cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
- Slice the strawberries evenly and set aside.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of the tortilla.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in the pan.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar and a dash of cinnamon onto the melted butter. Place the plain side of the tortilla onto the mixture, cream cheese side facing up.
- Quickly arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese filling. Cook and monitor the underside until the sugar turns light golden brown.
- Remove tortilla from heat. Fold in half and transfer to a plate. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately.

- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free tortillas.
- Can substitute strawberries with other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
