Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Peel and Devein: If not already done, peel and devein the shrimp, patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Heat the Oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
