Delicious smoked bacon triple-cheese stuffed pork chops with a sweet heat glaze that will delight the taste buds!

- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 6 slices of smoked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the cheeses, green onions, and cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each pork chop and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- In the same skillet, sear the stuffed pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper. Brush over the pork chops before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the pork chops are thick enough to hold the stuffing.
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or potatoes for a complete meal.
