- 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 ear of corn, cut into kernels
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables: In a bowl, combine the corn, potatoes, red bell pepper, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Combine shrimp and sausage: In a separate bowl, combine the shrimp and sausage.
- Assemble foil packs: Divide the vegetables, shrimp, and sausage evenly between 2 sheets of aluminum foil.
- Grill or bake: Grill or bake the foil packs for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp and sausage are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
