Description

A delicious and fun dessert featuring apple slices drizzled with caramel and chocolate, topped with your choice of nuts, marshmallows, and more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large apples, sliced into thin wedges
  • 250 ml caramel sauce
  • 85 g chocolate chips, melted
  • 40 g chopped peanuts or other preferred nuts
  • 15 g mini marshmallows
  • 15 g sprinkles (optional)
  • 20 g crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • 1 g sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them into thin, even wedges. Arrange slices in a single, overlapping layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Place the caramel sauce in a microwave-safe container and heat for 15 to 20 seconds until pourable. Drizzle evenly over the arranged apple slices.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over the apples and caramel.
  4. Distribute chopped peanuts, mini marshmallows, sprinkles, and crushed graham crackers evenly across the apples as preferred.
  5. Allow caramel and chocolate to set for several minutes. If desired, garnish with a light sprinkle of sea salt. Serve immediately while toppings are fresh.
