- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 cup mozzarella pearls
 - 1 cup sliced salami, cut into bite-size pieces
 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
 - 1/2 cup Italian dressing
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, sliced salami, red onion, basil, and black olives.
 - Drizzle with Italian dressing and olive oil.
 - Gently toss everything together until well coated.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
