Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup sliced salami, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, sliced salami, red onion, basil, and black olives.
