Description

Roasted Spicy Pumpkin Seeds are a crunchy and flavorful snack, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, rinsed clean
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil or melted vegan butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the oil or melted vegan butter, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper and mix.
  3. Spread onto a cooking sheet, season with garlic powder and salt to taste, and bake for 30-35 minutes. Halfway through, give them a shake to flip them over.
