  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter or preferred nut/seed butter
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional, for smooth dipping)
  • 1/4 cup festive red and green sprinkles
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange 30 crackers rounded side up. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each cracker, then top each with another cracker to form a sandwich. If the filling is soft, refrigerate sandwiches for 5 to 10 minutes to firm.
  2. Place chocolate chips and optional coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 20-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  3. Using a fork, dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place coated sandwiches onto parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles and optional flaky sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate the dipped sandwiches for 10 to 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
