Description

Reese’s Cheese Ball Dessert is a creamy, irresistible treat made with peanut butter, cream cheese, and a delightful coating of mini Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups
  • 1/4 cup mini Reese’s Pieces (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanut butter cups (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups until evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into a compact ball using clean hands. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups for the coating.
  5. Unwrap chilled cheese ball and roll in the prepared coating to cover evenly. Place on a serving plate and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping.

Notes
