Description

Delightfully easy Reece’s Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars that combine classic chocolate chip flavors with the fun crunch of Reece’s Pieces.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reece’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and Reece’s Pieces.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
