- 150 grams fresh raspberries
- 30 grams raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven as specified for a 20 x 20 cm pan on the brownie mix packaging. Lightly coat the pan with non-stick spray.
- Prepare brownie batter following package instructions using the listed box ingredients.
- Gently fold 100 grams of raspberries into the prepared batter.
- Pour batter evenly into the prepared pan. Drop small dollops of raspberry jam over the surface and swirl lightly with a knife.
