Description

Indulge in these thick, fudgy raspberry brownies that combine rich chocolate flavor with the tartness of fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix, plus eggs, oil, and water as directed on packaging
  • 150 grams fresh raspberries
  • 30 grams raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven as specified for a 20 x 20 cm pan on the brownie mix packaging. Lightly coat the pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare brownie batter following package instructions using the listed box ingredients.
  3. Gently fold 100 grams of raspberries into the prepared batter.
  4. Pour batter evenly into the prepared pan. Drop small dollops of raspberry jam over the surface and swirl lightly with a knife.
  5. Distribute remaining raspberries across the surface, gently pressing into the batter.
  6. Bake according to the time and temperature stated on the brownie mix for a 20 x 20 cm pan, or until a skewer inserted in the centre emerges with fudgy crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into portions.

Notes
