Description

Quick Cheesy Chicken Buns are a delicious and easy-to-make recipe that combines succulent chicken with a creamy cheese sauce, all packed in soft burger buns.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken – 500 g
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • White pepper – ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Chicken spice – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Cream – ¼ cup
  • Cheese slices – 3 to 4
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • White pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Burger buns – 4
  • Cheese slices – 4 for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the boneless chicken in oil with all listed spices until tender, juicy, and lightly golden. Set aside.
  2. Heat milk and cream over low flame. Add cheese slices with seasoning, stirring gently until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Slice the buns, fill with the cooked chicken, pour the prepared cheese sauce generously over the filling, and place a cheese slice on top.
  4. Bake the assembled buns in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese melts and the buns turn warm and slightly golden. Serve fresh.

Notes

  • Make sure to cook the chicken until it is fully cooked and tender.
  • You can adjust the amount of spices to taste.
  • For a spicier kick, consider adding sliced jalapeños to the chicken filling.
