- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cold cream soda
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ground nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
- Crushed graham crackers or ginger snaps (optional)
Instructions
- Combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, canned pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture evenly into four tall glasses, filling each glass approximately two-thirds full.
- Slowly pour cold cream soda over the milkshake in each glass to create a float, allowing bubbles to form. Stir gently if desired.
- Top each serving with whipped cream, a sprinkle of ground nutmeg or cinnamon, and a handful of crushed graham crackers or ginger snaps, if desired.
- Present with a straw and long spoon for an optimal dessert experience.

- Adjust sweetness based on personal preference by adding more or less maple syrup or honey.
