Description
Deliciously cheesy and savory pulled pork mac & cheese wraps that are perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 burrito-sized tortillas
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 ounces plain pulled pork, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the tortilla on a plate or board and cut a slit from the outside edge to the middle, without going past the middle.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the bottom left corner.
- Spread another tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the top left corner and top it with 2 ounces of pulled pork.
- Place 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese in the top right corner.
- Add half of the shredded cheese to the bottom right corner.
- Fold the tortilla up starting from the bottom left corner and going clockwise. Repeat with the other tortilla and fillings.
- Cook in a panini press or hot buttered skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Cut each one in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pulled pork in additional barbecue sauce before using.
- Feel free to add jalapeños or other toppings for an extra kick.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and reheated for convenience.
