Description

Deliciously cheesy and savory pulled pork mac & cheese wraps that are perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 ounces plain pulled pork, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the tortilla on a plate or board and cut a slit from the outside edge to the middle, without going past the middle.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the bottom left corner.
  3. Spread another tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the top left corner and top it with 2 ounces of pulled pork.
  4. Place 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese in the top right corner.
  5. Add half of the shredded cheese to the bottom right corner.
  6. Fold the tortilla up starting from the bottom left corner and going clockwise. Repeat with the other tortilla and fillings.
  7. Cook in a panini press or hot buttered skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  8. Cut each one in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pulled pork in additional barbecue sauce before using.
  • Feel free to add jalapeños or other toppings for an extra kick.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and reheated for convenience.
