- 1 lb ground beef
- 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese (½ block)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ⅓ cup mini pepperoni (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add about ⅓ cup of mini pepperoni to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the pepperoni is crispy.
- Drain excess grease from the pan, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add marinara sauce and cream cheese. Stir well until the cream cheese is fully mixed in.
- Add frozen tortellini and stir to coat. Cover and cook on medium-low for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
- Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and extra pepperoni. Broil for 2-3 minutes or cover until cheese melts. Serve hot.
