Description

A hearty and delicious bake combining elements of pizza and lasagna, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 25 pepperoni slices
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 10 lasagna sheets, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the broken lasagna sheets in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef, Italian sausage, and diced yellow onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat until fully cooked and no pink remains. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the meat mixture. Stir in 20 pepperoni slices, 1/2 cup crumbled bacon, and the marinara sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold the drained lasagna sheets into the skillet mixture, ensuring even coating and distribution throughout.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface. Top with the remaining crumbled bacon and arrange the reserved 5 pepperoni slices on top.
  6. Transfer the skillet to an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute meat with vegetables or a meat alternative.
  • Feel free to add additional toppings like diced bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
