Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Crackers or vegetable sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crushed pineapple, and green onions.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  4. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Place on a serving platter and gently shape into a wreath (ring).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley to create a festive wreath look.
  7. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
