Description

Easy and delicious pickle dip pinwheels perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cup diced deli ham
  • 1 1/2 cup diced dill pickle spears
  • 67 taco sized tortillas

Instructions

  1. Dice your ham and pickles in smaller pieces and set aside.
  2. In medium sized bowl, beat your cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in your diced ham and pickles until combined.
  4. Spread your mixture evenly among tortillas leaving about 1/2″ on the side and roll up tightly.
  5. Place on plate and wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for about one hour.
  6. Remove from refrigerator and slice into about 1″ rounds.

Notes

  • These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
  • Serve chilled for the best flavor.
  • Feel free to customize with additional ingredients such as cheese or spicy mustard.
