Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak

  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil until soft. Add ribeye steak seasoned with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, cooking until browned.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches).
  4. Layer sautéed veggies and steak evenly on the dough. Sprinkle provolone cheese generously.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape, sealing edges well.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
