Description
Peanut Butter Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark is a delicious and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 c plain Greek yogurt, whole milk/full fat
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 T maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c dark chocolate chips
- flaked sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Stir together the yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment lined quarter sheet pan.
- Spread the mixture to a thickness of between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between.
- Once melted, spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter yogurt mixture.
- Transfer to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, sprinkle with flaked sea salt, cut into pieces or break it up and enjoy!
Notes
- Using an offset spatula helps to spread the mixture evenly.
- If a quarter sheet pan is not available, a 9×13 inch baking pan can be used.
- Store any leftovers in the freezer for a refreshing treat later.
