Description

Peach Pie Cruffins are a delightful pastry that combines the flakiness of puff pastry with the sweet filling of peach pie, perfect for a delectable treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Spread peach pie filling evenly, leaving a border.
  4. Roll into a log, slice lengthwise, and reveal the layers.
  5. Twist and coil each strip into muffin cups.
  6. Brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
