Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread peach pie filling evenly, leaving a border.
- Roll into a log, slice lengthwise, and reveal the layers.
- Twist and coil each strip into muffin cups.
- Brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
