- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, for coating
- 4 oz white chocolate, for drizzle
- Extra crushed Oreos, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add Oreos to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the truffle balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and dip each chilled truffle, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped truffles back on the tray.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
- Let them set fully before serving or storing.

- Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Use any chocolate of your preference for coating.
