Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips, divided
  • ½ cup M&Ms
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter and brown sugar in a bowl and mix until fluffy.
  2. Incorporate the vanilla extract into the mixture and stir well.
  3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips and all the M&Ms until evenly distributed.
  5. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and freeze for two hours.
  7. Melt ½ cup chocolate chips and combine with peanut butter to create the topping.
  8. Spread the topping evenly over the frozen cookie dough.
  9. Cover the dish with foil once more and freeze for one additional hour.
  10. Cut the frozen dough into pieces and enjoy.
