Description

Moose Farts Chocolate Coconut is a delightful treat made with coconut, chocolate, and a sweet condensed milk base, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is uniformly smooth.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or wooden spoon until evenly distributed and well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
  4. Using a small scoop or tablespoon, portion and roll the chilled mixture into 1¼-inch balls. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat completely.
  5. Arrange coated balls on a baking sheet. Chill until thoroughly firm, approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
  6. Serve cold. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer preservation.

Notes
