Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is uniformly smooth.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or wooden spoon until evenly distributed and well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
- Using a small scoop or tablespoon, portion and roll the chilled mixture into 1¼-inch balls. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat completely.
- Arrange coated balls on a baking sheet. Chill until thoroughly firm, approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
- Serve cold. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer preservation.
