- 30 Oreo sandwich cookies
- 227 grams cream cheese, softened
- 57 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- 720 millilitres whole milk
- 60 millilitres hot water
- 20 grams instant coffee granules
- 336 grams instant chocolate pudding mix
- 227 grams whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Combine instant coffee granules with hot water and stir until fully dissolved; set aside to cool.
- Coarsely crush Oreo cookies. Evenly spread half of the crushed cookies along the base of a 23 x 33 centimetre dish.
- In a medium bowl, blend softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk instant chocolate pudding mix with milk until the mixture thickens.
- Stir the creamed cheese mixture into the pudding base and mix thoroughly. Add the cooled coffee solution and blend well.
- Gently fold whipped topping into the combined mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the pudding mixture over the layer of crushed cookies, ensuring the base remains undisturbed. Sprinkle the remaining cookies evenly over the top.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours to set before serving.
