Description

Indulge in the rich chocolate flavor of M&M Brownies Chocolate Fudge, a deliciously gooey dessert topped with colorful M&Ms.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter.
  4. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
  5. Add brown sugar and eggs. Whisk or beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
  6. Add flour and salt to the bowl, and beat the mixture again until smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle M&Ms over the top of the batter, pressing them gently into the surface.
  9. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting for cleaner slices.
