Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, lime juice, and orange juice until fully combined.
- Gently add diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeño, and avocado to the bowl and stir until evenly distributed.
- Fold cooked shrimp into the mixture, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Spoon into chilled glasses or bowls and garnish with fresh lime wedges. Accompany with tortilla chips or crackers if desired.

- For a spicier kick, leave some jalapeño seeds in the mixture.
