Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, lime juice, and orange juice until fully combined.
  2. Gently add diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeño, and avocado to the bowl and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Fold cooked shrimp into the mixture, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated.
  4. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
