Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed or balled
- 1–2 cups juicy watermelon, cubed or scooped (optional)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- A handful of fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Toppings: Chili powder or Tajín, Crumbled feta or goat cheese, Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: Wash and peel as needed. Cube or ball the pineapple, melon, and watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the fruit, lime juice, zest, and herbs (if using). Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld and cool before serving.
- Add toppings: Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and any optional toppings like Tajín, cheese, or coconut.
