Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed or balled
  • 12 cups juicy watermelon, cubed or scooped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • A handful of fresh mint or basil, chopped (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Toppings: Chili powder or Tajín, Crumbled feta or goat cheese, Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit: Wash and peel as needed. Cube or ball the pineapple, melon, and watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the fruit, lime juice, zest, and herbs (if using). Gently toss until evenly coated.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld and cool before serving.
  4. Add toppings: Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and any optional toppings like Tajín, cheese, or coconut.
