Description

Meatball Parmesan Sliders Hawaiian are a delicious combination of sweet slider rolls filled with flavorful meatballs, rich tomato sauce, and a blend of melty cheeses.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) sweet slider rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 60 ml tomato sauce
  • 3060 g shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 25 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Slice small circles in the center of each roll, taking care not to cut through the bottom.
  3. Use a small glass to press and deepen each roll’s cavity, forming a nest for fillings.
  4. Brush the insides of the rolls with garlic butter.
  5. Toast rolls in the oven for 4 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Spoon a portion of tomato sauce into each indentation and add part of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place a warmed meatball into each roll.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the meatballs.
  9. Distribute remaining mozzarella over the meatballs.
  10. Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of cheese based on personal preference.
  • Feel free to add additional toppings such as chopped parsley or basil for extra flavor.
